By installing or using Snoozy ("the app"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
Snoozy is a digital-wellbeing tool that covers Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts on your own Android device, using Android's Accessibility Service, which you choose to enable. It is meant for your personal use on a device you own or are allowed to configure.
When you start a snooze with a minimum time, Snoozy is designed to stop you from turning it off in the app until that time has passed. You're responsible for picking a length that suits you. Snoozy never blocks calls, messages, emergency features or any app other than the Reels and Shorts players. You can always turn Snoozy's Accessibility Service off in Android Settings.
We grant you a personal, free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Snoozy on Android devices you own or control. Don't use Snoozy to monitor or restrict another person's device without their knowledge and consent, or for any unlawful purpose.
Snoozy works alongside Instagram and YouTube but is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Instagram, Meta Platforms, YouTube or Google. Their names are used only to describe which apps Snoozy works with, and all related trademarks belong to their owners. Your use of those apps is governed by their own terms. When they change their apps, Snoozy may stop recognizing Reels or Shorts until it's updated.
Snoozy is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that Snoozy will block every Reel or Short, work on every device, or be free of errors or interruptions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, time or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use Snoozy, including content you were unable to view during a snooze lock. Because Snoozy is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars (US$0), except where the law doesn't allow such a limit.
We may update, change or stop offering Snoozy at any time. You can stop using it at any time by turning off its Accessibility Service or uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use Snoozy after that means you accept the updated Terms.
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These Terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Snoozy. Nothing in them limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that can't be waived.
